Our custom-made products ship from multiple locations in the USA, Canada and Europe. Shipments are delivered through USPS, Canada Post or other postal or courier services. Items that are custom made for you cannot be returned. (We cannot restock or re-sell these items). However, if you receive flawed or damaged orders, we are always willing to remake and replace them. Please contact us through AfriMod Customer Care.
To facilitate the replacement process, please provide clear photos of the products and identified issues and we will work with our production partners to remedy the situation.
Virtual, digital or downloadable items cannot be returned due to the nature of the product. However, if you experience any issues, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can work to resolve the issue.
